I own this law firm and am looking for an associate attorney that wants to join a thriving, diverse commercial litigation practice outside of the bigger cities in this State, although we do practice in bigger cities at times.  I am looking for someone preferably with 3-5 experience that understands the demands that the practice imposes, but also someone looking for a more balanced life and perspective on the practice.  We work reasonable hours - with reasonable billing expectations - and try to maximize time spent with family in lieu of unreasonable demands and expectations.  We also do some contingency work.  But integrity, attention to detail, responsiveness, care, and a good work ethic are important, along with a good sense of humor.  I am not looking for someone looking for a "job," but instead someone looking to build something and be a part of something bigger than themselves.  Salary and compensation are dependent upon experience, and please contact Allen Gardner regarding same.
