Our expanding multi-state practice serves clients in North Dakota, Montana, and Minnesota, with a primary focus on real estate, estate planning and administration, bankruptcy, and civil litigation. Associates are encouraged to develop their own areas of practice and build a book of business with the firm's full support.

This is a hybrid position offering flexibility, mentorship, meaningful client interaction, and substantial responsibility from day one. Rather than being one of many associates, you'll have the opportunity to help shape the future of the firm.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who:

Has 1–5 years of legal experience (strong new graduates will also be considered).
Is licensed in North Dakota.
Is licensed in Montana or Minnesota, or can obtain licensure in one of those states within six months.
Is self-motivated, client-focused, and interested in building lasting client relationships.
Wants to grow professionally while contributing to the firm's continued expansion.
